Jump on a vintage bus and go on a journey through Bradford Museums and Galleries’ Belle Vue Studio collection.
The tour starts (and finishes) at the National Science and Media Museum, from where we’ll take a vintage bus ride to Bradford Industrial Museum, the home of the Belle Vue Studio collection, and back.
You’ll explore photographs, stories and equipment and get a tour of Bradford Museums Photographic Archive, where curators and archivists will be available to answer your questions. Then you’ll have the opportunity to have your very own studio portrait taken. Plus tea will be served!
This is a free event, but booking is required as spaces are limited. To book, email [email protected].
*PLEASE NOTE THIS EVENT IS NOW FULLY BOOKED.*
But Belle Vue Studio photographs are on display in Bradford Industrial Museum's 'Studio to Selfie' exhibition, Cartwright Hall Art Gallery's Gallery 5 and at the National Science and Media Museum's exhibition 'Above the Noise'.
