Near and Farscapes By Tim Curtis
Tim Curtis uses ephemeral chalk and ink and ripped mark making to echo the temporary nature of commercial businesses logos, urban existence and youth movements. This show responds to his experiences of the people, architecture, economics, art, culture and music of Bradford, Leeds, London and Liverpool. The image surfaces are found objects from each city, and are the eponymous corrugated cardboard box packaging of mass production.
