The Venue
Bingley is an old market town on the banks of the River Aire and is approximately five miles north of Bradford. At the heart of the town is Bingley Arts Centre, a fully equipped community theatre that is popular for amateur dramatics, dance, musical productions and other social events. It is well equipped with kitchen and bar facilities and plenty of evening car parking space. There is level access to all areas except the Gallery and dressing rooms.

The theatre auditorium seats 359 with unrestricted view of the stage. The Lounge (with adjoining bar and kitchen facilities) and theatre areas can be combined. With the seating bank retracted this provides a level floor space of 2,625 sq. ft. (75ft x 35ft). A refreshment area of 15ft x 35ft can be provided, leaving 2,100 sq. ft. of available space.
The Gallery provides 688 sq. ft. (43ft x 16ft) of space and is ideal for meetings. It can also be used as a refreshment area, additional exhibition space or additional dressing room. The Gallery is reached by means of a staircase from the main lobby.
* The bar at the Bingley Arts Centre is licensed and is staffed on request as part of your hire. This is at no extra cost to the hirer. The Halls Manager reserves the right to authorize the bar to open for appropriate public events. All bar opening times should be agreed at least one month prior to the event.
